Why the most companies think they can continue without polishing their 'Human Capital' without mentoring and trainnings?
As per my opinion and of many, without struggling for the best does means no growth and no best performance. There must be trainings and mentoring culture in companies to groom workforce.
I totally agreed that one can perform beyond without hardworking and commitment and having best skills in both areas; soft skills and functional skills. Training and development must the core area in companies. HR section could not spare time to look into this core area, there must OD Section (Organization & Development Section) to take responsibility of this area and also work for company culture.
